Debra Davis is a visionary, leader, speaker, mentor, retired teacher and a prayer leader. She and Jeff, her husband of 44 years, has three sons and are looking forward to retirement from secular jobs to pursue the calling on their life. Debra, supported by her husband, also is Founder and CEO of One Voice, Inc. a nonprofit public charity helping families and communities suffering from substance abuse established in 2005.

In 2005, God began a new work in Debra by impressing upon her the importance of unity in the body of Christ. Through One Voice, she called a community of pastors together on October 1, 2005 to pray for pastors, their families, their congregations, and their communities that lasted almost 6 years every Saturday morning. This dedicated prayer time has sowed in to crossing county and state lines as a prayer ministry. She is an active prayer leader with PrayWV, Appalachia Prayer Center, and WV Prayer General.

Debra has been invited to pray over land in New York, Tennessee, Ohio, Kentucky, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Washington DC and her home state, West Virginia. She has been instrumental in bringing communities together to educate, train, and mentor through community forums with governmental influence of the governor, national and state senators and representatives, and the attorney general that seek her advice that are effective in the seven mountains of influence. Debra is also an Advanced Professional Recovery Coach Academy/Association, Wyoming County Partners for Hope Consortium Chair, and Southern WV Opioid Response Consortium Coordinator.

Debra has a heart to serve and lead others to serve. Her Leadership Team pray and fast corporately and believe in the power of prayer. We serve the homeless, veterans, addicts, recovering addicts, and walk ins daily at her three offices and within the community that are run by dedicated volunteers that know prayer is their weapon of warfare led by Debra.
On August 8, 2012, Governor Earl Ray Tomblin honored Debra for her dedication to service at the annual Governor’s Service Awards banquet. The Governor’s Service Awards honors individuals, families, organizations and businesses who exemplify outstanding dedication to volunteerism and community service in West Virginia. She is in the process of completing her first book, My Journey of Grace and has been recognized in the January 2017 Women of Distinction Magazine.
Debra earned her Master Degree in Education from West Virginia University and retired from a 30 year love of teaching in August 2017 and sits on several community and state boards.
